Cooper Tire & Rubber Names New Finance Chief

NEW YORK -- Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. said Thursday that it has named Brad Hughes to the post of chief financial officer, succeeding Phil Weaver, who previously announced that he was retiring at year-end. Hughes joins the company after most recently serving as global product development controller for Ford Motor Co. .
