Vietnam's VNPT To Sell 20% Stake In VNPT Global To ST Telemedia - Official

HANOI -(Dow Jones)- State-run Vietnam Post & Telecommunications Corp., or VNPT, will sell a 20% stake in its unit, VNPT Global, to Singapore's ST Telemedia, a VNPT Global official said Thursday.
The deal, valued at VND20 billion ($1.1 million) is scheduled to be signed later today in Hanoi, said the official who declined to be named.
VNPT Global can sell a maximum 30% stake to foreigners, she added.
