Sprint, Nokia Lead Telecom Decline; Qualcomm Up

WASHINGTON - Telecommunications stocks followed the broader U.S. market lower in Friday trades, though losses were small. Sprint Nextel Corp. dropped 2.5% to lead the decliners in the phone sector, while Nokia Corp. was down 0.9% in the equipment group. Among the few gainers was Qualcomm Inc. , which rose 1.4%
