American Tower Corp. Profit Rises

NEW YORK -- American Tower Corp. said on Tuesday that its third-quarter profit rose to $67.6 million, or 17 cents a share, from $60.6 million, or 15 cents a share a year ago. Revenues climbed to $444.1 million, from $409.3 million a year ago. Analysts polled by FactSet Research had expected the company to earn 17 cents a share.
