Electronics For Imaging to Auction Common Stock

Electronics For Imaging (EFII), the Foster City, California-based maker of digital imaging and printing products, announced on Friday an auction of its common stock.
The company will offer as many as 4,500,000 shares of its common stock via a modified "Dutch Auction.” Each share will be valued between $11.25 and $12.75 per share. The number of shares offered make up about 9% of EFI’s current outstanding shares.
On November 19, 2009 EFI offered common stock on the NASDAQ Global Select Market for $11.59 per share.
