Bunzl Appoints New Chairman

LONDON -- Distribution and outsourcing firm Bunzl said Friday that it has appointed Philip Rogerson as its new chairman, succeeding Jeff Harris, who is retiring as interim chairman. The group said Rogerson will join the board as chairman designate on Jan. 1 and will become chairman with effect from March 1. Rogerson intends to retire from his present positions of chairman of Northgate and non-executive director of Davis Services Group . He will remain as chairman of Aggreko and Carillion .
