Former Martha Stewart CEO Named to AOL Board

Susan Lyne former Chief Executive of Martha Stewart Omnimedia, (MSO) was named to the board of AOL Inc. as the company prepares its spinoff from Time Warner (TWX).
Lyne, who is Chief Executive at Gilt Group Inc., joins nine others named to the board last month. She served as CEO of Omnimedia while Stewart served jail time on insider trading and obstruction charges.
Lyne has held various positions at Walt Disney Co. (DIS) beginning in 1998, rising to president of its ABC Entertainment Business.
