AOL Names Susan Lyne To Its Board

NEW YORK -- AOL, the Web-services subsidiary of Time Warner Inc. , said Friday that it has named Susan Lyne to serve on its board of directors, joining when AOL's separation from Time Warner is complete. Lyne is the chief executive officer of online luxury retailer Gilt Groupe Inc., and before that, she was chief executive officer of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc. .
