Obama To Sign Pentagon's $680 Billion 2010 Budget

NEW YORK -- President Barack Obama intends to sign the fiscal 2010 defense budget, approving about $680 billion in spending to purchase supplies, pay troop salaries and maintain oversea bases, the White House said Tuesday. Obama will sign the 2010 National Defense Authorization Act on Wednesday afternoon during a ceremony at the White House Rose Garden.
