Nordson Names Michael Hilton New CEO

Nordson Corp. (NDSN) has tapped Michael Hilton as the company's new president and chief executive, replacing current chief Ed Campbell, who will retire after a transition.
Hilton, 55, most recently served as senior vice president and general manager for Air Products and Chemicals Inc. (APD).
Campbell will also leave his post as chairman of the board of directors and will be replaced by current board member Joseph Keithley at the board's annual meeting on February 16.
Nordson shares were up 7% in Monday trading, at $60.13.
