LONDON -- SSL International said Tuesday that first-half net profit rose to 38.1 million pounds ($63 million), from 23.4 million pounds a year ago. Revenue rose to 390.9 million pounds, from 322.5 million pounds. "Despite tough trading conditions in some of our core markets, our turnover has moved ahead strongly.
