Court Date For CIT's Reorganization Set For Dec. 8

SAN FRANCISCO -- CIT Group Inc. said late Tuesday that the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York will hold a hearing to consider CIT's restructuring plan on Dec. 8, 2009. The court has already approved CIT's motions to continue operating its business without disruption.
