Aviva Says Delta Lloyd Option Partly Exercised

LONDON -- Insurance group Aviva said Tuesday that Goldman Sachs International and Morgan Stanley, as joint global coordinators for the IPO of Aviva's Delta Lloyd unit, will partly exercise the over-allotment option granted in relation to the IPO. The over-allotment option has been exercised in respect of 4.55 million shares in Delta Lloyd at 16 euros a share. As a result, the total size of the IPO is 68.05 million shares, representing aggregate gross proceeds of 1.09 billion euros ($1.6 billion).
