    William Hill Names Neil Cooper As Finance Director

      LONDON -- Bookmaker William Hill said Tuesday that Neil Cooper will succeed Simon Lane as finance director in 2010. Cooper is currently finance director of homebuilder Bovis Homes Group . Separately, Bovis Homes said that it will begin to search for a new finance chief.
