NEW YORK -- Gold futures fell slightly Tuesday, trading below $1,100 an ounce as the U.S. dollar rebounded following a ratings agency's renewed warning over U.K.'s credit rating, curbing gold's investment appeal. Gold for December delivery was last down 0.2% to $1,099.50 an ounce in early North American electronic trading.
