Energy Socks Move Up With Oil, Broad Market

NEW YORK -- Energy stocks rose with the broad market and oil prices on Wednesday morning. The NYSE Arca Oil Index rose 0.8% to 1,110. The NYSE Arca Natural Gas Index rose 0.7% to 525. The Philadelphia Oil Service Index jumped 1.7% to 203. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.6% to 10,030. Crude oil futures rose 81 cents to $79.86.
