BG Group Appoints Arshad Sufi New President Of BG Egypt

    CAIRO -(Dow Jones)- BG Group PLC (BG.LN) said Sunday it has appointed Arshad Sufi as the new president and general manager for BG Egypt.

    Sufi joined BG Group in 2000. His previous positions include commercial vice president and Oman and Middle East vice president, the company in an emailed statement.

    BG Egypt has the largest share of Egypt's gas production, accounting for some 40% of output.
