Analyst Boosts 2010 Profit View For Exxon, Chevron
By Steve Gelsi
MarketWatch Pulse
NEW YORK -- Soleil Securities on Monday boosted its 2010 earnings targets for Exxon Mobil and Chevron , while cutting its profit outlook for ConocoPhillips and Valero . Analyst Jacques Rousseau reiterated his buy ratings for Exxon and Chevron and said a rise in forward curve prices for crude oil more than offset lower U.S. natural gas price assumptions at the oil giants. Valero and ConocoPhillips face lower refining margins.
