Goenka Diamond and Jewels Sets IPO In INR135-INR145 Price Band

MUMBAI -(Dow Jones)- India's Goenka Diamond and Jewels Ltd. has set the indicative price of its initial public offer at INR135-INR145 a share, the company said in a newspaper advertisement Friday.
The advertisement in the Financial Express said the offer of 10 million shares will open for subscriptions March 23 and close March 26.
At the top end of the price band, the company will raise up to INR1.45 billion through the share sale.
SBI Capital Markets Ltd. is the book runner and lead manager to the issue.
