Far East Global Seeks Up To US$90.4 Million In Hong Kong IPO -Source

Far East Global Group Ltd. is seeking to raise up to US$90.4 million in a Hong Kong initial public offering, a person familiar with the situation said Sunday.
In the base deal, the building facade designer and manufacturer is selling 361.9 million shares in a HK$1.18-HK$1.69 range to raise up to US$78.6 million, the person said. The company has an option to raise the deal size by 15% to raise a maximum US$90.4 million, the person added.
Bookbuilding will start Monday, with listing scheduled on March 30, the person said. BOC International Holdings Ltd. is the sole bookrunner of the deal, the person added.
