Fook Woo Group Seeks Up To US$212 Million In Hong Kong IPO -Source

HONG KONG -(Dow Jones)- Chinese waste-paper management services provider and recycled paper products producer Fook Woo Group Holdings Ltd. is seeking to raise up to US$212 million in a Hong Kong initial public offering, a person familiar with the situation said Sunday.
In the base deal, the company is selling 620 million shares in a HK$1.68-HK$2.30 range to raise up to US$184 million, the person said.
It has the option of increasing the deal size by 15% to raise a maximum US$212 million, the person added.
Fook Woo is scheduled to list on the Hong Kong bourse March 31, the person said.
Royal Bank of Scotland PLC (RBS) and UBS AG (UBS) are joint bookrunners of the deal, the person added.
