Calendar Of Junk Debt: Alion Science & Tech $300 Million Senior Notes

Fannie Mae: Three- and six-month benchmark bills are auctioned on a weekly basis. One-year bills are auctioned once a month. Every Monday, an announcement is made and on Wednesday the auctions are held. Settlement usually scheduled for Wednesday or Thursday.
Freddie Mac: Three- and six-month benchmark bills are auctioned on a weekly basis. One-year bills are auctioned once a month. Every Friday, an announcement is made and on Monday the auctions are held.

Alion Science & Technology - $300 million in senior secured notes due 2014. Via Credit Suisse. Proceeds will be used to repay all amounts outstanding under Alion's first-lien credit facility and to buy back its existing subordinated notes and warrants. Pricing expected: March 11.
SITEL Finance Corp. - $300 million in senior notes due 2018, with proceeds to repay a portion of debt outstanding under its senior secured credit facility. Via Goldman Sachs, Bank of America and Credit Suisse. Pricing expected: March 12.
Parker Drilling - $300 million in senior notes due 2018. Via Goldman Sachs. Pricing expected: March 12.
International Coal - $200 million in senior second-priority notes due 2018. Via Morgan Stanley. Pricing expected: March 12.
Amsted Industries - $500 million in senior unsecured 8-year notes, noncallable for 4 years, via Morgan Stanley, Bank of America and Wells Fargo. Proceeds will be used to repay the company's existing term loan. Pricing expected: March 12.
=============High-Yield Debt On The Horizon=============
BioScrip Inc. - $225 million in 5.5-year senior notes, noncallable for 3 years. Via Jefferies. Pricing expected: N/A.
Learning Care Group - $265 million of senior secured 5-year notes, noncallable for 2.5 years, via Barclays, Wells Fargo and Morgan Stanley. Roadshow begins Feb. 23. Pricing expected: N/A.
