Beijing Haohua Energy Resource To Start A-Share IPO Roadshow

SHANGHAI -(Dow Jones)- Beijing Haohua Energy Resource Co. said Friday it will start a roadshow for its planned A-share initial public offering Monday.
The coal producer said it plans to sell no more than 110 million A shares ahead of a listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The company didn't say how much it plans to raise but said it will use CNY2 billion ($293 billion) of the proceeds to invest in coal projects in Northern China.
The company said it will open IPO subscriptions from March 22 to March 23.
Citic Securities Co. is the underwriter of the deal, said the company.
