Sony (SNE) just introduced its first 3-D ready standalone Blu-ray player. The Sony BDP-S470 operates BD, DVD, CD, and SACD technology, and includes a 3D Blu-ray upgrade option. It also has a USB port to connect your camera or media player. There’s also a feature that lets you transform your iPhone or iPod Touch into a remote for the player. Singer Beyonce is working with the Council of Fashion Designers of America to help Haiti by modeling a new t-shirt carrying the phrase “To Haiti With Love.” 

The Fashion for Haiti campaign is backed by the likes of Diane von Furstenberg and Donna Karan. The shirt retails for $25, and all proceeds go to the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund.
