Urban Outfitters Inc. shares rose more than 4% Tuesday afternoon after earnings for the fiscal fourth quarter came in a penny a share short of analysts' estimates. The retailer reported net income of $64 million, or 55 cents a share, on sales of $1.03 billion. Analysts on average expected earnings of 56 cents a share on sales of $1.03 billion, according to FactSet. The company announced its sales performance a month ago. The stock gained to near $26.50 in immediate late trading after closing with a 1.1% decline at $25.41.
