NEW YORK – Jos. A. Bank Clothiers Inc. on Thursday said that its board has rejected Men's Wearhouse's $63.50 raised offer, describing it as "inadequate." The company said, however, that it's willing to meet with Men's Wearhouse to discuss a higher price. Jos. A. Bank stock is up 3.3% in after-hours trading. Men's Wearhouse rose 4%.
