Nexxus Lighting (NEXS) was a major loser in the sector. Its price dropped 13.3% (-6 cents) to close at 39 cents, as 51,402 shares moved. The stock traded between 34 cents and 48 cents.

Westport Innovations (WPRT) was a major gainer in the sector, rising 7.9% (+$2.36) to close at $32.28 with 2.3 million shares moving. The stock traded in a range of $30.15 to $32.57. Cascade Corporation (CASC) was another big mover, climbing $2.63 (+5.8%) to a closing price of $48.24.

Fuel Systems Solutions (FSYS) rose 7.4% to close at $16.75, cross its 50-day moving average of $16.54 and 200-day moving average of $20.47. Ethan Allen Interiors (ETH) declined 3.8% to close at $22.21, moving below its 50-day moving average of $22.15 and 200-day moving average of $23.07.

Stanley Furniture (STLY) fell 1.2% to close at $3.95, moving down to 0.6% above its 200-day moving average of $3.93.

Dunkin' Brands Group (DNKN) hit a new 52-week high today, reaching $37.02 to top the previous high of $36.12.

Xerium Technologies (XRM) hit a new 52-week low today, hitting $2.65 to fall below the previous low of $2.95.
