More than a dozen chief executives from firms such as Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (GS) Lenovo Group Ltd. (LNVGY) and Boeing Co. (BA) will meet with U.S. President Barack Obama and Chinese President Hu Jintao on Wednesday, according to a White House official.

Obama will use the meeting to highlight the importance of increasing U.S. exports to the Asian country and increasing investment in the U.S., the official said. The meeting, which falls in the middle of Hu's official state visit to the White House, will also include several Obama administration officials, including Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner and Commerce Secretary Gary Locke.
