NEW YORK -- Fluor Corp. said Tuesday it booked a $3.5 billion contract in the fourth quarter for engineering and construction of an energy project for Santos Ltd. in Queensland, Australia. The Irving, Texas company will build the Gladstone Liquified Natural Gas project, which will make liquified natural gas from coal for export to Asia.
