BOSTON -- Citigroup analyst William Katz on Tuesday downgraded three asset managers as he moves to "a more cautious stance on selected names as the run up in stock prices make a number of players vulnerable to a pullback." Citi cut AllianceBernstein Holding L.P. and Janus Capital Group Inc. to sell from hold, and downgraded Invesco Ltd. to hold from buy.
