Stock futures were pointing to a slightly lower opening coming off two-year highs as the dollar gained against other currencies.
Here are some early-market movers for Monday.
GT Solar International Inc (NASDAQ: SOLR)
Shares were up 10.8% in pre-market trading after the company posted second-quarter earnings of 28 cents per share on revenue of $229.3 million, beating estimates of 24 cents per share and revenue of $199.2 million.
Warner Chilcott Plc (NASDAQ: WCRX)
The pharmaceutical company announced third-quarter results reporting adjusted earnings of 86 cents per share on revenue of $703.2 million. Analysts had estimated earnings of 85 cents per share and revenue of $750.15 million. Shares were up 5.7% in pre-market trading.
Siga Technologies (NASDAQ: SIGA)
The biopharmaceutical was in-line to be awarded a $2.8 billion contract slated for small businesses by the government may lose out because of its relationship to MacAndrews & Forbes, owned by billionaire Ron Perelman. Shares sank 19.4% in pre-market trading.
Clearwire Corp (NASDAQ: CLWR)
Shares of the broadband network operator continue to slide following Friday’s larger than expected earnings miss losing another 6% in pre-market trading Monday.
Comverge Inc (NASDAQ: COMV)
The clean energy company posted third-quarter results reporting non-GAAP earnings of one cents per share on revenue of $51.7 million. Analysts had been looking for earnings of two cents per share and revenue of $56.4 million. Shares slipped 5.9% in pre-market trading.
Radian Group Inc. (NYSE: RDN)
The credit enhancement company announced it began an underwritten public offering of $350 of convertible senior notes. Shares were down 5.5% in pre-market trading.
