TechTeam Global Inc (NASDAQ: TEAM)
Shares of the IT Outsourcing company jumped 47.5% in pre-market trading after announcing it would be acquired by Stefanini International in a tender offer valued at $93.4 million.
Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd (NASDAQ: NVMI)
The process control metrology system manufacturer posted record results for the third quarter reporting earnings of 27 cents per share. Analysts had estimated earnings of 20 cents per share sending the stock up 8.7% in pre-market trading.
NutriSystem Inc (NASDAQ: NTRI)
The weight management system provider posted better-than-expected third-quarter results late Monday reporting earnings of 32 cents per share beating estimates of 25 cents per share. The stock was trading 5.4% higher in pre-market trading Tuesday.
Concurrent Computer Corp (NASDAQ: CCUR)
Shares of the media oriented computer manufacturer fell 26.8% in pre-market trading after the company swung to a first-quarter loss of 14 cents per share.
BioScrip Inc (NASDAQ: BIOS)
The pharmaceutical company reported third-quarter earnings of four cents per share missing expectations of nine cents per share. It also withdrew its full year guidance and announced CEO Richard Friedman will step down on January 1. Shares sank 16.5% in pre-market trading.
Mindspeed Technologies Inc (NASDAQ: MSPD)
Shares of the semiconductor company fell 8.6% In pre-market trading Tuesday following the release of fourth-quarter results late Monday. The company reported earnings of 46 cents per share beating estimates of 31 cents per share but said it expects first quarter revenue to fall between eight and ten percent.
