Trintech Group PLC (NASDAQ:TTPA)
The business-software company announced it has had preliminary talks concerning a potential takeover bid. Share jumped 14.7% in pre-market trading.
Vivus Inc (NASDAQ:VVUS)
Shares were up 10% in pre-market trading after the company released positive results from clinical trials of its Qnexa weight loss drug.
Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings (NASDAQ:AAWW)
Shares of the aircraft operating and services company gained 7.2% in pre-market trading after the company raised full year 2010 earnings guidance above current expectations.
Genoptix Inc (NASDAQ:GXDX)
The laboratory services provider lowered third-quarter revenue expectations below current estimates sending shares down 14.6% in pre-market trading.
ConAgra Foods Inc (NYSE:CAG)
The food company posted first quarter earnings which missed expectations reporting adjusted earnings of 34 cents per share on revenue of $2.8 billion. Analysts had estimated earnings of 39 cents per share and revenue of $2.96 billion. Shares slipped 6.5% in pre-market trading.
Cypress Sharpridge Investments (NYSE:CYS)
The specialty finance company announced it will sell ten million shares in a common stock offering. Dilutive pressure sent exisiting shares down 6.4% in pre-market trading.
