BOGOTA (Reuters) - Colombia's consumer prices rose0.11 percent in August compared with inflation of 0.04 percentin the same month a year earlier, the government saidSaturday.

Colombia, Latin America's No. 4 oil producer, is recoveringrobustly from the global economic crisis and the governmentexpects growth of around 4 percent this year.

Inflation for the year so far to August was 2.54 percent,the DANE statistics agency said in a statement.

The central bank has forecast inflation of between 2 to 4percent for this year.
