Novavax Inc (NASDAQ: NVAX)
Shares gained 6% in pre-market trading after the company reported positive results from a study of its syncytial virus vaccine.
Yongye International (NASDAQ: YONG)
Shares of the Chinese agriculture company gained 3.8% in pre-market trading following a second-quarter earnings beat with earnings of 54 cents per share on record revenue of $89.4 million. Analysts had been looking for earnings of 53 cents per share and revenue of $80.39 million.
ICOP Digital (NASDAQ: ICOP)
Shares of the digital surveillance technology company slipped 17.1% in pre-market trading after announcing second-quarter results. The company reported a loss of 48 cents per share and much lower sales margins.
Aegean Marine Petroleum Network (NYSE: ANW)
The marine-fuel supplier released second-quarter results late Wednesday that missed expectations with earnings of 30 cents per share on revenue of $1.34 billion. Analysts had estimated earnings of 36 cents per share and revenue of $1.17 billion. Shares fell 13% in pre-market trading Thursday.
Cisco Systems Inc (NASDAQ: CSCO)
The network technology company posted mostly in-line fourth-quarter results late Wednesday reporting non-GAAP earnings of 43 cents per share on revenue of $10.8 billion. The Street was looking for earnings of 42 cents per share and $10.88 billion, but the company’s outlook was disappointing sending shares down 8% in pre-market trading Thursday.
Netlist Inc (NASDAQ: NLST)
The computing memory manufacturer reported a second-quarter loss of 16 cents per share in-line with estimates. Shares slipped 4.7% in pre-market trading.
