China MediaExpress Holdings Inc (NASDAQ: CCME)
The advertising company raised its second-quarter guidance now expecting earnings between $27 and $29 million. Analysts had estimated earnings of $21.5 million and shares jumped 11.5% in pre-market trading.
LDK Solar Co Ltd (NYSE: LDK)
The solar company’s second-quarter revenue surged 147.6% to $565.3 million and earnings came in at 36 cents per share beating estimates of $458.39 million in revenue and earnings of 22 cents per share. The stock climbed 4.1% in pre-market trading.
Cree Inc (NASDAQ: CREE)
The semiconductor company posted fourth-quarter results late Tuesday beating estimates reporting non-GAAP earnings of 55 cents per share. While analysts had been estimated earnings of 51 cents per share, the company lowered its outlook sending shares 10% lower in pre-market trading Wednesday.
A123 Systems Inc (NASDAQ: AONE)
Shares of the lithium-ion battery manufacturer posted second-quarter results reporting a loss of 33 cents per share on revenue of $22.6 million. The lost widened from the same period last year on higher than expected costs and shares slipped 7.5% in pre-market trading.
DCP Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: DPM)
The energy company announced it would offer 2.6 million limited-partner shares sending existing shares down 4.3% in pre-market trading.
Regency Energy Partners (NASDAQ: RGNC)
The natural gas company announced it would offer 14 million limited-partnership shares sending existing shares down 4.2% in pre-market trading.
