SIFCO Industries (NYSE:SIF) reported Friday a drop in third-quarter earnings, mostly impacted by across-the-board declines in revenue.
The metalworker posted net income of $1 million, or 18 cents a share, compared with $2.4 million, or 45 cents a share, in the same quarter last year.
Revenue for the Cleveland company was $19.5 million, down 17.3% from $23.5 million a year ago.
Sales were down in all three of its business segments, most significantly in its Turbine Component Services and Repair Group, which dropped 40.6%, or $1.4 million.
