Stock futures started the morning flat but moved into green territory after a report on the private sector employment situation.

ExpressJet Holdings (NYSE:XJT)
Shares of the airline holding company surged 99.7% in pre-market trading after announcing it would accept an acquisition offer valued around $133 million from SkyWest Inc.
Hologic Inc (NASDAQ: HOLX)
The medical imaging device manufacturer posted third-quarter results late Tuesday beating expectations reporting adjusted earnings of 30 cents per share on revenue of $420.7 million. Analysts had estimated earnings of 29 cents per share and revenue of $417.57 million. Shares were up 36% in pre-market trading Wednesday.
Barnes & Noble (NYSE: BKS)
Shares jumped 22.4% in pre-market trading Wednesday after the company announced late Tuesday that it would explore all "strategic alternatives” which could include selling the company. Goldman Sacks raised its rating to “neutral” from “sell.”
Funtalk China Holdings (NASDAQ: FTLK)
Shares of the Chinese mobile communications company gained 17.7% in pre-market trading after announcing it would postpone a public offering of shares due to volatile market conditions.
Priceline.Com (NASDAQ: PCLN)
The online travel company beat second-quarter estimates late Tuesday sending shares up 16.6% in pre-market trading Wednesday. The company reported earnings of $3.09 per share and revenue of $767.4 million while analysts had estimated earnings of $2.65 per share and revenue of $733.03 million.
Depomed (NASDAQ: DEPO)
The pharmaceutical company announced it has been notified by Pfizer that it would not file a patent infringement suit on a new drug product being developed by Depomed. Shares climbed 11.3% in pre-market trading.
