Telecoms Down as Doubts on Deals Rise -- Telecoms Roundup

Shares of telecommunications companies fell Tuesday as concerns grew about the outlook for deals. Shares of Time Warner closed down 0.8% at $90.38 after trading over $100 following AT&T's agreement to buy the entertainment conglomerate. The share drop reflects skepticism that the telecom giant will overcome a regulatory attempt to block the merger.
