Impact of S&P U.S. Credit Downgrade on Small Businesses

When Standard & Poor's downgraded the U.S.'s credit rating to AA+ from AAA last week, it sent shock waves across the country and rocked Wall Street. The repercussions of the downgrade are still being played out and according to Kristie Arslan, executive director of the National Association of the Self Employed, those most at risk now are the smaller small businesses.
