Expedias got a serious sale going on and travel writers are waiting to plan your next vacation. Toshiba debuts a new tablet, Verizon offers another mobile payment option and a new program lets you support a farmer while feeding a child.

Fare Deal

Expedia (NASDAQ:EXPE) is offering an incredible airfare sale for a VERY limited time.You can fly one way for as low as $32 with new deals from Jet Blue. Among the lowest price offerings: a trip from Burbank, Calif., to Las Vegas for $32 and Boston to New York City's JFK for $49. Travel must be booked for July 6 through Aug. 31, 2011. Better hurry: Travelers only have until 11:29pm PT on June 16 to book your flight.

Expedia is also teaming up with Groupon; users will find a new section on the site called Groupon Getaways that offers 50% discounts on travel-related services offered through Expedia. This includes hotel rooms, rental cars and cruise lines. Like all Groupon deals, these offers dont last. Users can purchase vouchers up front and then redeem their travel discount within a certain number of days.

More Mobile Payments

Verizon Wireless (NYSE:VZ) is working with mobile payments authority Payfone to allow Verizon users to pay for online purchases through their smartphones, tablets and PCs. Users can have purchases added to their Verizon Wireless bill, or link Payfone to their personal credit or debit card accounts. Verizon says any user with a Web browser on their phone can use the service with no required upgrades. No word yet on when the service will be made available.

Digital Farmers Market

Location-based social networking site Gowalla wants to help people find the best fresh (and local) produce in their communities this summer, while helping kids in need. Its called Make Time for Change, and its asking that Gowalla users share their favorite local farmers markets with other users.

Each time a user "checks-in" to a local market, Frigidaire will donate $1 to Save the Childrens CHANGE program. CHANGE helps distribute nutritious snacks to impoverished children in rural Africa. Click here to learn more about the program and to get involved.
