Calif. Residents Cry Foul After Former Police Chief Charged With Leaving 600 Unfinished Cases on Desk

A Fresno County grand jury says that a Fowler Police Chief failed to file more than 600 cases to the District Attorney’s office. The grand jury indicted claims that Chief Darrell Jamgochian kept the cases in his office, with some of them dating back as far as 2004. Some of the cases concern serious crimes such as attempted murder, sexual offences, and domestic violence.
